- This set has been disassembled ultrasonically cleaned and bead blasted.
- New parts fitted listed below.
- Mikuni float valve/seats x 4 (2.5)
- Mikuni main and pilot jets X 4 ( 120, 25 )
- Mikuni needle jets X 4 ( 0-6 )
- All parts above purchased from Mikunioz.
- 4 X billet jet blocks (Z1 Enterprises )
- 4 X air mixture screws. (Niche Cycle )
- 4 X choke plungers , spools and dust caps
- New Viton float bowl gaskets and orings fitted.
- New top cover, and jet block gaskets.
- JIS screw kit.
- Brackets , fasteners and fittings have been replated in zinc.
- Throttles have been synced, fuel levels set at 3mm using clear tube method.
- Carb set has been bench tested for fuel leaks.
- These carbs will suit various bikes from the seventies, best to do your own
- research to make sure they are compatible for your bike.
